  • The Green Baby Store charges a $4.75 flat rate on most items ($5 for detergent and prefold orders over 12 items). For orders over $100 we offer 50 cents shipping. We ship the least expensive way if you choose flat rate. You can also choose USPS option for priority or first class. We try to ship everything as soon as possible, we always notify you if there is a delay.

    At this time, The Green Baby Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, The Green Baby Store ships merchandise to Canada (sorry bumgenius, flip and econobum can only be shipped to USA addresses), and other international locations by request. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. International packages are NOT guaranteed unless customer requests and pays for optional insurance.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. The Green Baby Store is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Sales Tax

  • The Green Baby Store charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

    At this time Cloth Diapers are not accessed sales tax in the state of Wisconsin, but all the accessories are.



  • Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges of new, unused merchandise will be allowed within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (or from baby's birthdate if purchased before baby was born, we may ask for a copy of a hospital record or other proof at our discretion), less discounts and shipping/handling charges (we reseve the right to limit this offer if you attempt to return an order for full refund more than once in a calendar year).  A 5% restocking fee may be subtracted from the cash refund amounts of returns over $50, if choosing store credit no restocking fee is assessed.  Buyer pays all return shipping, including the shipping of exchanged items back to you. 

    We do not give price adjustments on items for sales.  Refunds on new merchandise will be given in the same form as payment was made: gift certifcate, cash or credit. 

    Custom orders are not refundable. Drop-shipped (items ordered straight from the manufacturer) are only refundable for store credit and at our discretion. 

    Returns of used merchandise is allowed with permission from the store.  Used merchandise must be in clean, usuable condition. Used merchandise will be given up to a 75% of retail value store credit.  The better the condition of the item being returned the higher the refund/credit.  Amounts are at the sole discretion of the store owner.  The store credit would be transferable to another person to use.

    Most products carry a manufacturer warrenty for defective items.  Please see the website of the manufacturer of your specific item for more warrenty information.
